Are the products machine washable or how to best care for the product?

The products are machine washable. They should be washed on the delicate cycle with cold water and laid out flat to dry. Once dry, the products can be steamed but NOT ironed.

What material are the products made from?

All products are made from chiffon polyester.

Where do the designs come from?

Each design comes from unique canvas paintings done by Roxy herself. Nature is her biggest inspiration and at the core of all of her visions. With of nature’s beauty in mind and music playing in the background, Roxy takes to the canvas with her paintbrush and lets the music guide her hand to create the one-of-a-kind patterns you see on our products. Each design varies based on the element of nature at play and the music used to guide her hand. Just as she allows the music to guide her hand to create movement in these designs, she dreamt of people wearing her designs and bringing them to life through their movements, and Roxana Zubia was born.

Do the colors fade?

No, we use chiffon polyester to ensure the colors will not fade upon washing.

What is the return policy?

Returns/exchanges are accepted on new and unworn merchandise only. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of order date. Returns will not be accepted after 21 days.

  • You must submit your return request through our website (include the “#” symbol at the beginning of your order number) and get approval before sending the item back to us.
  • Orders sent back without submitting the request will not be processed.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any RZ hang tags, attached.
  • Once Roxana Zubia has received your item, it will refund the price paid for that item excluding shipping costs and taxes.
  • Roxana Zubia refunds neither shipping costs nor taxes because these costs have already been incurred and paid for.
  • FINAL SALE items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • For International Returns: Please mark on the package that it is a return!
Can I do an exchange?

Yes, items purchased as a gift can include a personalized note.

How long after I place my order will the products ship?

If the item is in stock, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. If the product is not in stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for production, processing and shipping.

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

No cancellations can be made once the order is placed. However, product modifications can be made.

I received a damaged product, what do I do?

If you receive a damaged product, please submit an exchange request with photos. Once approved, you may send the item back to be replaced.

My order is missing an item(s), what do I do?

If your order is missing an item, please send us an email with specific item missing listed and include order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but international shipping fees apply.

When will my credit card be charged- when I order or when it ships?

Your credit card is charged when you place your order.

How can I track my package?

All packages are shipped via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number once products have been processed and placed in the mail.
